- Cushman Lake House -

Since the economy effected so many, including this customer, the house was reduce to a basement and fisrt floor with a loft.

- Custom Dovetail Log Home -
This home was nearly stalled due to the flooding this past winter. Customer owns the plan. We were suggested to build by designer. First dovetail style designed by firm.

- Lil' Harstein -

Will be used as a weekend
getaway untill the future 2
story home is built in a
year or two.

- Garage-In-Law -
This plan was revised to suit a contractor and designer for office space; upper portion split in half. There is also a covered car port log shelter to be attached to the front. A full length upper deck will also compliment the exterior.
- Gateway -
Vacation home for a couple from AZ. Located on Lake Merwin in southwest WA. Revised to accommodate a cover porch on the rear as to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake.

- Log Shelters -
Folks love our log shelters. We have been increasing the number sold every year. Parks and Recreation departments are buying them too.

-Custom Hybrid Remodel -
This project was based on the customer wanting log accents and a new great room on top of original basement. A new mstr bedrm was built last year and now they want to continue with the log accents.

- Banya -
This cute little log structure is a Russian Banya, steam house.
The owners are adding equity by finishing the roof themselves.

- Belfair State Park -

The railing for this bridge is made of full handcrafted cedar logs.

- Log and Panel Addition -
The owners of the home wanted a larger dining area and also have a new side entry plus they added large windows to get lots of light flooding in.
