This home was nearly stalled due to the flooding this past winter. Customer owns the plan. We were suggested to build by designer. First dovetail style designed by firm.

- Lil' Harstein -
Currently the permitting process is stalled due to a little ping pong playing pertaining to the geotech engineering reports. This home is being built on an island which has restrictions on how to built structures

- Gateway -
Vacation home for a couple from AZ. Located on Lake Merwin in southwest WA. Revised to accommodate a cover porch on the rear as to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake.

- Lil Skookum -
1090 sq ft with open loft. The project will be starting in April. Permitting is finished and excavation for septic and foundation are currently being worked on.

- Log Shelters -
Folks love our log shelters. We have been increasing the number sold every year. Parks and Recreation departments are buying them too.

-Custom Hybrid Remodel -
This project was based on the customer wanting log accents and a new master bedroom and bathroom attached to the original home.

- Banya -
This cute little log structure is a Russian Banya, steam house.
The owners are adding equity by finishing the roof themselves.

- Log and Panel Addition -
The owners of the home wanted a larger dining area and also have a new side entry plus they added large windows to get lots of light flooding in.
